The Italian Philosophy Centre is a legally constituted association.

Members include philosophy professors both at university and high school levels, philosophy graduates and "connoisseurs".

The Italian Philosophy Center’s aim is to promote, in Italy and abroad, theoretically and historically, Italian speculative and research activity.

Prof. Pietro Ciaravolo is the current President of the Centre, the vice president is Prof. Teresa Serra and the secretary is Prof. Giuseppe Cantarano.

It is governed by an Executive Council, with a three  year duration, elected by the assembly of members.

The current Executive Council is composed of profs. Mario Alcaro, Rocco Donato Brienza, Giuseppe Cantarano, Santino Cavaciuti, Pietro Ciaravolo, Aldo Masullo, Aniello Montano, Teresa Serra, Giuseppe Tortora.
